General FAQ
1. General Questions(Can be added to test problems that often occur. like some tech questions or content questions)
What content is prohibited on TheActAI?
1. Content that is offensive, insensitive, upsetting, disgusting, or creepy.
2. Content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited, especially targeting religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, or national/ethnic origin.
3. Realistic portrayals of harm to people or animals.
4. Inflammatory or misleading religious commentary.
5. Content exploiting recent or current events, such as violent conflicts, terrorist attacks, or epidemics.
6. Content glorifying real-life violence or crime, including depictions of known violent criminals.
How do I access the content of NSFW?
In the upper right corner of the Play and Character screens there is an Unfiltered switch, when the switch is on, the screen you are viewing will contain nsfw content.
What should I do if I find inappropriate content?
We will follow up on the online reporting function. At present, you can give feedback through the customer service email.
What should I do if I encounter a bug or technical issue?
In the main interface on the left side of the menu bar below 'more -> About us', at the end of About us there will be our customer service e-mail, you can email us to share with us the site you found the problem and bugs, and may be able to get an additional gift code!
Is there a version for mobile app?
For the time being, we are still developing our mobile app, but you can also browse our website on your mobile device, which is also available on mobile browsers.
2. Account and Profile
How do I delete my account?
Click the settings button next to the avatar in the profile interface to enter and click delete account to delete the account.
How do I update my profile information?
Enter the profile interface and click the edit button next to the avatar to enter the profile editing interface.
What should I do when I can’t login?
You can check whether there is a problem with the security of your email account. If there is still a problem, you can contact our customer service email.
3. Chat role Creation and Management
How do I create a chat role?
Click the create button in our main menu and you can choose to create a character or play.
How can I edit or delete my chat role?
In the profile interface, you can find the plays and characters you have created. Click the drop-down bar in the upper right corner of the plays or character you want to delete, and select ‘Delete’ to delete it.
Can I share my chat role with others?
Yes, you can choose to make the character public when you create the character, so that other users can see the character you created on the home page.
How can I do if someone else steals the chat role idea I created?
