Welcome to Act.AI! At Act.AI, our goal is to maintain a respectful and secure space where users can have engaging, enjoyable, and imaginative interactions with our virtual chatbots. To achieve this, we request that all users follow the guidelines outlined below. State that by using the platform, users agree to abide by these guidelines.
1. Age Limit
All users of this platform must be at least 18 years of age.
Additionally, any chatbots created on this platform must be depicted as adults over the age of 18. If the chatbot's age is not immediately clear, please ensure it is specified in the chatbot's personality description.
2. Respectful Behavior
Respect for other users should be shown when interacting on the platform. We encourage users to interact respectfully and considerately.
Zero tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, and other abusive behaviors.
Prohibit any form of discrimination or hate speech based on race, gender, sexuality, etc.
3. Appropriate Content
The content on the platform should be strictly well categorized. Ensure that content is accurately represented and does not mislead or deceive users.
The following content is strictly prohibited in the platform:
Content that is offensive, insensitive, upsetting, disgusting, or creepy.
Content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited, especially targeting religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, or national/ethnic origin.
Realistic portrayals of harm to people or animals.
Inflammatory or misleading religious commentary.
Content exploiting recent or current events, such as violent conflicts, terrorist attacks, or epidemics.
Content glorifying real-life violence or crime, including depictions of known violent criminals.
4. Chatbot Creation Guidelines
All chatbots created on this platform must be original creations. Creators must own the rights to their content and ensure that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. By submitting a chatbot, you affirm that you hold the necessary rights and permissions to use all elements of the chatbot, including text, images, and any other content.
Chatbot creation not only adheres to the Appropriate Content guidelines, but also emphasizes the following points：
All chatbots must be portrayed as adults over the age of 18. If the chatbot's age is not immediately clear, please specify it in the chatbot's personality description.
Any content depicting non-consensual acts is strictly forbidden.
Content that promotes hate or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other characteristics is not allowed.
The sexualization or depiction of real individuals without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. This includes using names, images, or any identifying information of real people in a sexual or inappropriate manner. Respect for personal rights and privacy is paramount.
5. Community Interaction
We encourage users to provide constructive feedback to others. When offering feedback, be respectful and focus on providing helpful suggestions that can improve the work. Avoid harsh criticism or personal attacks. Constructive feedback should aim to support and uplift fellow community members.
Unsolicited advertising and spamming are strictly prohibited. Do not use the platform to promote products, services, or websites without permission. This includes sending unsolicited messages, posting repetitive content, or flooding the community with advertisements. Respect the space and purpose of our platform, and use it for meaningful interactions and contributions.
6. User Safety
We advise all users to protect their personal information and refrain from sharing it publicly. This includes but is not limited to, your full name, address, phone number, email address, and any other sensitive information. Keeping your personal information private helps safeguard your identity and security.
Violating these guidelines can result in various consequences, depending on the severity and frequency of the offenses. Potential consequences include:
Warnings: Users may receive warnings for minor or first-time violations. These warnings serve as a reminder of our guidelines and an opportunity to correct behavior.
Suspensions: Repeated or more serious violations may result in temporary suspension of the user's account. During this time, the user will be unable to access the platform.
Bans: Severe or continuous violations can lead to a permanent ban from the platform. This means the user will no longer be able to access their account or use our services.
7. Updates to Guidelines
When we make changes to the guidelines, we will inform users through a notification on our platform. This may include an in-app notification, an email, or a message posted in a prominent location on our website. We aim to provide clear and timely communication to ensure all users are aware of the updates.
Changes to the guidelines will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
